My Philosophy:
With so many diets and programmes to choose from it can be difficult to know what to do, there is almost too much choice. Many people follow diets, lose some weight only to put it back on again. I will advise and educate my clients with the knowledge and understanding of the Healthy approach so that you know what you can expect from me and also what I am expecting from you.

2. It is the environment that we live in that is a major factor in the obesity crisis.
